How does THYBLATE™ work?
The THYBLATE™ System consists of a radiofrequency generator, cooling pump, patient grounding pads, and electrode. With the Electrode properly placed in the thyroid nodule, the Cooling Pump is activated to ensure a safe temperature, and the RF Generator is employed. The RF Generator delivers safe ionized energy to the tip of the Electrode. This energy safely destroys the diseased tissue in a very short time period.
- Safe and used for decades
- Adopted in almost 30 countries
- Thyroid-preserving, scarless, and fast
